This position is for
a full time position, Monday –
Friday, from 7:30 A.M. until 4:30
P.M.
Analyzes engineering data and welds
experimental parts and assemblies
to determine most effective welding
processes, using various welding techniques
and equipment: Analyzes engineering
drawings and specifications to plan
welding operations where procedural
information is unavailable. Lays out
parts and assemblies according to
specifications. Develops templates
and other work aids to hold and align
parts. Determines type of welding
to be used, such as metallic arc,
inert gas, electrode, and oven treatment,
applying knowledge of metals to be
joined, contours and angles to be
formed, and specified stress tolerances.
Welds components in flat, vertical,
or overhead positions, and adjusts
amperage, voltage, and speed during
joining to assure required weld deposit.
Inspects grooves, angles, gap allowances,
and related aspects of assembly to
ensure conformance to specifications,
using micrometer, caliper, and related
precision measuring instruments. Observes
hydrostatic, x ray, dimension tolerance,
and other tests on welded surfaces
to evaluate quality of weld and conformance
to production requirements.
Employee will rack the vehicle, align
the vehicle and cut the vehicle into
two (2) equal car parts. Employee
will need to install and weld the
chassis into place and to stretch
the conversion to the prescribed length.
Build sub frame, install drive lines,
fuel lines, brake lines and the emergency
brake cable. Install lower and upper
rockers. Install and weld floors.
Install and weld rooftop. Install
side panels and weld crash bars into
required areas. Install windows as
prescribed by the work order. Construct
seat frame railings and weld side
panels. All welding on both the exterior
and the interior also needs to properly
completed. Running Boards will be
built and installed onto the conversion.
Employee will also be responsible
for special requests that are made
to him by the Shop Foreman & General
Manager.

Minimum Education/Work Experience:

period, the full time employee
will automatically be added to

employee authorizes LimeLite to
deduct the cost for the dependant(s)
from their paycheck. |
Employment Conditions and Contingencies

All new employees are placed on
a 90-day introductory period.
During this period, the service
representative will be instructed
and familiarized with company
protocol regarding policy, equipment
& computer usage, paper work
flow procedures, operational procedures,
sales techniques, industry overview,
with all necessary job training
and related functions along with
various industry specific information.
On the 91st day of employment
the employee is eligible for a
performance evaluation. Comprehension,
capability, compliance with company
policy, ability to advance along
with all other job related concerns
will be determined during this
evaluation. Performance evaluations
will be scheduled to take place
annually, after the initial evaluation.
Additional evaluations may take
place for advancement, disciplinary,
performance monitoring, or any
other purpose deemed necessary
by management. LimeLite reserves

CHRISTMAS
PAY
Employee
will be entitled to a Christmas
Bonus. Amount is TBD.
RETIREMENT PLAN
After
6 months of continuous employment,
employee will be eligible to
enroll in a simple I.R.A. where
LimeLite will match up to 3%
of your gross income, up to
a maximum of $8K/Year.
VACATION PAY
The
following schedule is the standard
vacation plan that is offered,
for full time employees, starting
with the first year anniversary.
Any variation to the vacation
plan must be approved by management.
A request for vacation must
be submitted on a time off request
form at least two weeks in advance.
It is recommended that a vacation
time off request be submitted
as far in advance as possible.
One (1) week paid vacation after
the first year of employment.
Two (2) weeks paid vacation
per year thereafter. Vacation
time does not accrue until after
the first (1) year of employment.

FAMILY MEDICAL LEAVE
|
| Unpaid
leave must be granted for any
of the following reasons: |

care for the employee’s
child after birth, or placement
for adoption or foster care; |

who has a serious health condition;

For
a serious health condition that
makes the employee unable to perform

advance notice when the leave
is “foreseeable.” |

employer may require medical certification
to support a request for leave

opinions (at the employer’s
expense) and a fitness for duty

Non-Compete
Agreement
|
Employee, upon termination of
employment, for a period of one
(1) year, may not solicit or perform
service for any customer of LimeLite.
Employee may not use customer
lists, which is provided in the
form of, but not limited to, trip
tickets, lists and/or computer
database, for any purpose whatsoever,
that is not directly related to
use of, or for the sole benefit
of LimeLite. All customer lists,
in any form, are the private property
of LimeLite. All reservations,
sales and operational techniques
developed by, and used by LimeLite
are considered to be trade secrets
and intellectual property, which
is not to be used, or given for
use, to any other limousine or
ground transportation service,
or to be used by a previous employee,
in any limousine industry or ground
transportation service position
for the benefit or any third party. |
